The Nordic Ski Club of Fairbanks is excited to expand its Masters training programs! 

October can a tricky month to train. Too much ice or snow make it hard to bike and too little snow makes it difficult to ski. Stay motivated and gain fitness during the shoulder season with ski imitation workouts. This October we will offer a dryland training group with Christina Turman.
Turman will teach proper ski walking, moose hoof, and bounding techniques and lead you through an interval workout each week. Locations will vary week to week. The group can accommodate different fitness levels but participants should have a base line fitness of being able to jog 20 minutes continuously. No prior experiences with ski walking or bounding needed!  Space is limited to just 20 so register today!  To register click here
