Fourteen skiers braved the -10 degree temps for our SKI TOUR. All skied between 6 and 12 miles starting out at 10am. As we made our way to the ridge beyond the peak of Moose Mountain, the SUN rose above the southeastern horizon as scheduled around 11:09 am. Although the skies were not perfectly clear, it was a spectacular sunrise regardless. The trail conditions were perfect other than slow snow, but hey, this was a SKI TOUR, a technique that many of us use in local ski races.

After reaching the turnaround point, determined by each participant, we all made our way back DOWN to the BAKERS home and enjoyed each others company with hot drinks and snacks brought by many of the trekkers. Next years 4th Annual Moose Mountain Sunrise Ski Tour will be held on Saturday, December 19th, 2020!! Sharon and Bad Bob would like to thank all who attended number 3 last month.
