Word from the Birch Hill Groomers
Trail Report, Summer Edition:
There is still free wood at the main gate to the Park. There is a lot of wood just inside the gate at the south end of the South Parking Lot. The South Parking lot gate will be open Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm. I will be working on the 9th and 10th and will open the South Gate by 9:30am and closed it around 3:30pm.
Most trails will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Warm-up Loop and White Cub are closed for the weekend. Starting Monday morning the 12th, I will post which trails will be closed for the day.
Word from the Birch Hill Groomers
Trails will be mostly snow free some time late next week. Please resist the urge to run, hike, and bike on the trails until they have a chance to dry out. Thanks.
Word from the Birch Hill Groomers
Groomed most of the Lighted Loops, White Cub to White Bear to Zoomer, and the Upper Outhouse. There are two really big dirt patches. Be ready to stop and even remove skis to cross. Last groom of the season!
We will be continuing with the trail improvement project this summer so watch for equipment on the trails and for trail closures. Thanks to everyone who donated to the Birch Hill Trail Fund this season. Have a great summer, see you next fall!
