Golden Heart Trail Run

The Golden Heart Trail Run, organized by the Nordic Ski Club of Fairbanks, is the only race in the Running Club North Usibelli Series held solely on trails. The run is great for runners of all ages and for cross-country skiers who typically race Birch Hill trails only when covered in snow. The race is on the Jim Whisenhant Trails at Birch Hill Recreation Area.

The 2023 race is sponsored by Arctic Fire & Safety.

Net proceeds from the race support the NSCF’s youth racing and training programs.
